Most people agree that there is too much crime and violence in our community. PeaceJam Solano is addressing this crisis. PeaceJam Solano works with our local youth to give them hope, self-confidence, leadership training and the necessary life skills of conflict resolution, active listening and respectful dialog to become caring and responsible citizens. This annual Peace Contest is just one of many events that PeaceJam Solano sponsors each year to involve our young people in caring and positive activities.

Solano County youth ages 14-18 are invited to enter this Peace Contest and share either
“What does Peace mean to YOU?” or “How can YOU contribute to PEACE in our community?”
